SUBSCRIPTION

 HOW TO SUBSCRIBE ?
Go to "Get started / Gift", then chose the Monthly Surprise Box. You’ll then have to choose between the different durations : 3 months, 6 months, "Cancel Anytime" formula or the one-shot trial delivery.

 WHAT TYPE OF SUBSCRIPTIONS DO YOU OFFER ?

- We offer a variety of different prepaid subscriptions to suit your preferences: 3 months or 6 months. You pay a one-time charge: you pay the subscription once when you order and then you get your Surprise Box for respectively 3 and 6 months.
- We also offer a "Cancel Anytime" subscription, without obligation. You will be billed every month just before you get your box. You can suspend your subscription at any time. To suspend your account, visit "My Account". There is no minimum duration if you want to subscribe to this one.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER ?

We ship to all the countries you can find in our drop-down menu.
Shipping costs are included in the price for all European order. Additional fees, for shipping costs or customs duty, can be charged for faraway places.

MY COUNTRY IS NOT IN YOUR COUNTRY LIST, CAN I ORDER ?

Just email us at contact@bonjourfrenchfood.com we will get information for you and draw up a quote.

HOW TO UNSUBSCRIBE ?

You can suspend your subscription at any time. To suspend your account, visit "My Account".

CAN I SUBSCRIBE FOR SOMEONE ELSE ?

Yes ! Just pay attention to indicate the shipping address and telephone number of the person when you order.

 

ORDER & DELIVERIES

I FORGOT TO USE MY PROMOTION CODE ON MY ORDER, HOW CAN I DO ?

I’VE JUST SUBSCRIBED TO THE SURPRISE BOX, WHEN AM I GOING TO RECEIVE MY FIRST DELIVERY ?

Once we get your order, we will process to it not later than the day after. If the surprise box of the month you order is still available, we will send it within 72 hours. If we are out of stock, your subscription will start the following month, around the 20th of the month.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU DELIVER THE SURPRISE BOXES ?

We ship the boxes monthly around the 20th. However, you will always get an email before the box is sent.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY HAMPER ? (charcuterie, veggie delights etc)

Once we get your order, we will process it not later than the day after. The box will be ready on the same day and sent with our partner Fedex.
You may get your box not later than 72 hours after the order if you are in Europe. Out of Europe, transportation takes more time but your box should arrive within 8 days.

CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY ?

YES ! Fedex is our shipping partner. Once Fedex takes your package into account, they will keep you informed about the shipping. That’s why we need your telephone number we give to the delivery man. He will contact you if you are not at home.

WILL I HAVE TO SUBSCRIBE EVERY MONTH ?

If you chose the subscription option, your subscription will renew by itself until you suspend it. So you don’t have to do anything.
If you paid a 3 months or a 6 months order, you don’t have to do anything either.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADRESS ?

You can change your address at any time from the section “My Account”.

CUSTOMS OUTSIDE EUROPEAN UNION

WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOM FEES ?

If the legislation of your country asks for custom fees, you will have to pay them.
But don’t worry for the documents, we take care of all the paperwork. If you worry about it or have any doubts, please do not hesitate to contact us at contact@bonjourfrenchfood.com.

MY COUNTRY’S CUSTOMS DON’T ALLOW SOME OF THE INGREDIENTS USED IN YOUR PRODUCTS

Sometimes it is difficult or impossible to send special products because of customs (maybe pork, duck, biscuits, …). If we notice it when you order we will contact you by email. We can replace it with other products and will decide together.


PAYMENT & SECURITY

WHEN WILL YOU CHARGE MY CARD ?
Your account is debited once you order.
If you chose a subscription without commitment "Cancel Anytime" for the monthly surprise box, you will be charged a few days before the shipping, that means around the 15th of the month. Neither debit nor shipping in August.

HOW MUCH DOES YOUR SERVICE COST ?

According to the box you choose, the subscription and the country you want to be shipped. Price varies according to the country of delivery. Shipment in Europe is included in the price.

IS THE PAYMENT SECURE ?

Yes ! Because we care about our customer relations and because we go international, we attach great importance to it. Our payment service provider be2bill offers a great secure system. Each bank operation involves a 3D Secure checking to avoid fraud.

CAN I WORK FOR BONJOUR FRENCH FOOD ?

We offer long-term internships in Marketing and Communication ; short-term operational internships. You can apply at contact@bonjourfrenchfood.com

I NEVER RECEIVE YOUR EMAILS

What a shame! We email you your shipping details and sometimes promotional offers that you could be interested about. Check if we are not in your Spam or Promotions mailbox. If we are, add contact@bonjourfrenchfood.com to your address book to be sure you won’t miss any information again.

HOW CAN I SHARE MY OPINION ON PRODUCTS / MY REVIEW ?

You can share your feelings directly on our website, on the page “Our Products”, or on our Facebook page. Don’t hesitate ! Your opinion is important for us.

MY HAMPER / MY BOX

CAN I CHOSE THE PRODUCTS I WILL RECEIVE IN MY SURPRISE BOX ?

The surprise box is, by definition, a surprise ! We imagined it to make you discovering wonderful products.
If you don’t like surprises, don’t forget we also offer thematic parcels. You can get information about all the products on the page “Get Started / Gift”.

CAN I MODIFY THE CONTENT OF A HAMPER ?

We don’t change the products of the thematic boxes. However, if you would like to do a special packet, don’t hesitate to contact us at contact@bonjourfrenchfood.com. We will manage to draw up a quote for this special demand.

WHAT BRANDS DO YOU WORK WITH ?

We work with brands we love. We chose them because they are the best image of French gastronomy and French terroir. They all care about the quality of their products and have a traditional story. You can find the products of Maison Papillon, Oliverie des Baronnies, Maison Marc, Maison Tirel, le Comptoir de Mathilde, Comtesse du Barry, Ducs de Gascogne, Marlette, Favols, le Manoir Alexandre and lots of other one.

I LOVED ONE OF THE PRODUCTS I RECEIVED. HOW CAN I GET MORE ?

You can find all of the information about the producers on the page "Our Products". Unfortunately, because they are sometimes local producers, they do not deliver to your home. In this case, just email us at contact@bonjourfrenchfood.com. We will be able to do a special order for you.

I SUFFER FROM ALLERGIES

Before tasting a product and if you know you have some allergies or food intolerances, let’s check the ingredients listing. You can check it on our website. Don’t skip this step, you are responsible for what you eat !

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO ?

We carefully pack the products to avoid this kind of problems. But we never know what can happen. In the event of, take a picture of the product and send it to us at contact@bonjourfrenchfood.com. We will replace it as fast as we can. Never eat a product that arrived already open.

A PRODUCT IS MISSING IN MY DELIVERY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We always do our best to prepare your box but sometimes it happens. Don’t worry, it remains unusual : it just happened twice since we launched. Let’s inform us about it at contact@bonjourfrenchfood.com and we will decide together what is the best to arrange this incident.
