THE PRODUCT :
Rather than walking in the woods in Aveyron, we prefer socializing with the wild boar through our terrine Maison Papillon escorted with a red wine from the region. Nutmeg, thyme and spices season the terrine that will be perfect in a rustic first course.

INGREDIENTS :
Pork throat and liver, wild boar meat (hunting 20%), whole eggs, salt, spices.
Store it in the fridge one hour before tasting.
